This Privacy Policy applies to the Fitness Tracker - AI Powered Fitness application and the fitnesstracker.in domain, both of which are owned and operated by FitHealth Wellness Solutions, a registered MSME entity based in Patna, Bihar.

2. Data Collection & AI Processing

We collect data necessary to provide AI-powered health insights:

A. Health Metrics & Syncing

• Physical attributes (height, weight, age) to calculate BMI and TDEE.
• Activity data synced via Google Health Connect or Apple HealthKit.

B. AI Vision Data (Meal Scans)

• Photos uploaded via the "Snap" feature are processed using the Gemini Multimodal API.
• These images are used exclusively for nutritional identification and are not used to train third-party global models.

3. Security Infrastructure

We employ enterprise-level security to protect your sensitive health information:

• Supabase Row Level Security (RLS): Every piece of data is protected at the database level. Users can only access their own records via unique authenticated UUIDs.
• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest on Google Cloud Platform servers.
